This page contains answers to common questions handled by our support staff, along with some tips and tricks that we have found useful and presented here as questions.
Note: In these answers we will follow a few shorthand conventions for describing user-interface procedures. Key combinations will be presented like this: Ctrl+Alt+Delete, which means that you should press and hold down the Control key, the Alt key, and the Delete key at the same time. Menu selections will be presented like this: File->Open, which means that you should open the File menu, and then make the Open selection.
You register the software by paying me the registration fee! When I have received the money, then you will receive the registration inf. from me.

Upgrading the software can be done from Bidata. Under the main menu/tools you will find an item called Check for updates. When connected to internet this will show available updates.
If Bidata will not run on your computer then the following can be the reason:
 | You are not running the software under a windows OS bigger than win3.1 or not running it under windows at all. |
| If windows produce an error and want to send reports to Microsoft, then then you will have to check for a valid printer. If no valid printer is set as default then there will be a conflict with my software and windows. |
